Securing Appointment Date
Your appointment Date (s) and service (s) will be secure when deposit is received.

Deposit
All reservations must be reserved and guaranteed with a $25 deposit. All deposits are due when making an appointment.

Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of service. We only accept payments via Cashapp, Zelle, ApplePay or Venmo. NO CASH.

Cancellation
Clients are eligible for a refund if they provide at least a 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled service.

Reschedule
We understand circumstances may happen. We provide our clients with flexibility. We offer the option to reschedule an appointment with a deposit that can be used twice (2) if notified 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Non-Refundable
Once a service is completed, it cannot be refunded. Because our services are customized and personalized to meet the specific needs of each client.

Exceptions: in certain circumstances, such as if there was an error on our part. In these cases, we will work with the client to resolve the issue and provide suitable solution.
